A service exclusive provided to samfah customers. Due to over demand from customers, some of the items have been out of stock. To fulfill our customer’s need, we have created a new pre-order service.

Customers can gain a lot of benefits from this service. Below are the 4 main benefits that customers are able to have:

1. NO DEPOSIT

Customers do not need to pay any deposit for using this service. We want to ensure there is no losses from the customer.

2. PRICE LOCK

We would not raise the price when there are any increases in the cost of the item requested. In contrast, we will lower the price if there is a decrease in cost.

3. 5% DISCOUNT

Not only the price lock but all the items requested will also be given up to a 5% discount (Not include delivery fees). Noted that the discount is only applicable to the item which has been out of stock.

4. CANCEL THE ORDER AT ANYTIME

Customer is able to cancel their order when they are no longer want to buy the items. Customers just need to inform us and we will quickly help to cancel the order that customers have done.
